International Strategic Marketing - Heather PosadaIn recent years, Heather Posada served as the Chief Operating Officer, of Burgeon Services, a consulting company providing companies with training, organizational sales development, management leadership development, and Sales team evaluations. In executive capacities with the company, Posada oversaw operations, accounting, customer service, and marketing. Posada excels in creating both the structure, training and sales team necessary to guide the companies through growth in sales.

Posada came to Soamac Services with an 25-year sales and marketing background in business to business sales. Posada gained valuable experience in the highly competitive advertising business working for AT&T. She started working for Bellsouth in 2004 as a Directory Advertising Sales Representative and was awarded Rookie of the Year for the company in South Florida. Ranked 28th out of over 1500 sales reps in the entire company. She was chosen by Executives to be part of a training video for the company. Created the script for the video and was taped talking about how to effectively prospect, cold call and close sales.

Prior to AT&T Posada's extensive sales background includes National Account Executive positions in the Waste Management Field and Computer/Electronic Recycling Field. Creating business relationships with large fortune 500 companies with multiple locations through out the country.
